An alliance capable of distorting time itself, bending it at will and stretching it until the boundary between night and day becomes a free variable, within a flow that neither begins nor ends: it simply continues. Since 2013, Hugo Sanchez, a legend of Rome’s nightlife, has joined forces behind the decks with Belgian-based producer DJ Athome as Front de Cadeaux, offering the world an indescribable form of decelerated techno with neither precedent nor imitators. Their encounter with performer Gabor, one of the driving forces behind Tropicantesimo, is a summit meeting in temporal dislocation.
